WVM Dryer |

- Parker WVM dryers provide a constant outlet dewpoint in accordance with ISO8573-1.
- Air quality is enhanced when installed with Parker OIL-X High Efficiency Coalescing pre-fi ltration and General Purpose Dry Particulate post filtration.
- No process air is used during regeneration & cooling of the desiccant material, reducing energy consumption.
- Regeneration under vacuum further improves energy efficiency.
- Can utilise existing heat sources (eliminating need for electrical heater) to further reduce energy consumption by using the following options: steam regeneration, steam / electric regeneration or hot water / electric regeneration.

- Parker KA-MT dryers provide a constant outlet dewpoint in accordance with
ISO8573-1 classes 1, 2
or
3 for water vapour
- Parker KA-MT dryers provide an outlet dewpoint which inhibits the growth of
micro-organisms
(allowing their efficient reduction using filtration)
- Parker KA-MT dryers use clean, dry purge air for regeneration, eliminating any
risk of damage
to the adsorption bed or re-contamination of the downstream
compressed air
- No heat is used for regeneration; therefore, no insulation is required and loss of
dewpoint on

HDK MT Dryer |

Parker Zander HDK-MT dryers are desi-gned to treat high pressure compressed air and nitrogen gas, at pressures up to
350 bar with dewpoints down to -40°C. Typically, high pressure applications are liable to vibrations; HDK-MT dryers are
patent-protected, compact and robust in design, employing corrosion and vibrati-on resistant materials across all vessels,
pipes and valve blocks. The pre-moun-ted Parker Zander GH pre- and after filters incorporate tie-rod fix elements,
which offer both rigid installation and energy efficient operation. |

Improving manufacturing efficiency Every manufacturing organisation strives to improve its operational efficiency, especially in terms of energy consumption and environmental impact.
Heatless adsorption dryers use clean, dry process air for regeneration,
but in real terms, this means that not all of the compressed air generated
is available for manufacturing processes.
Generating compressed air uses electrical energy, so although heatless adsorption dryers have many
benefits, the energy costs associated with this type of dryer may be higher when compared to other types of adsorption dryers with different regeneration methods. |
