Parker domnick hunter ZVA Filter Housings are sanitary stainless steel housings specifically designed for air and gas filtration in the pharmaceutical industry. The range offers a flow-efficient design with low pressure drop and supports filtration requirements from laboratory and pilot-scale operations to larger industrial applications.
Manufactured from 316L stainless steel with FDA-grade EPDM seals, ZVA housings are available with standard or polished surface finishes. The multi-cartridge design accommodates different cartridge quantities and lengths, while the housing construction incorporates inlet and outlet connections, venting and drainage provisions.
Parker ZVA housings are designed in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), with ASME VIII Division 1 stated as the design basis. Custom design services are also available, including options for ATEX compliance and ASME U-stamp requirements. The appropriate housing configuration should be selected according to the filtration process, operating conditions and installation requirements.
